Basiey Create A Dream Foundation was founded by Elbert "Basiey" Pratt. He started the foundation to give back to the community by assisting individuals needing housing in a safe, loving, and comforting environment. Basiey believed everyone should always have a safe place to go home. Unfortunately, Basiey passed away in 2017 due to a short battle with Cancer. Fortunately, Mr. Pratt family honored his legacy and commitment to a better community by continuing Create A Dream Foundation, successfully ensuring that someone in need of shelter will have a loving, safe, and welcoming home to go to.
